I HAVE HAD IT ON THE SHELF ENCLOSED IN A CABINET. IT'S REALLY CUTE. I HAVE USED SOME OF THE PAGES, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES, THERE IS PLENTY LEFT FOR CORRESPONDENCE. Any rips, holes, stains or more than typical fading or pilling will be stated in the item description. However, there may be times that I miss a small imperfection. Please do not bid on my used childrens clothing if you are not able to accept the reality that, having been worn by real live children, and despite being checked over very carefully by a very dilligent mom, slight imperfections may be present and missed. Of course, if I miss something major (which rarely occurs thankfully!), I will refund the original bid price if the item is returned to me in the condition it was sent in.
