The spine is perfect and there is no rust on the staples. I do not find any rips, cuts or tears in the magazine and there is no writing that I can find. I will always do my best to accurately describe each item. If you receive the item and feel it has been misrepresented in the auction, please contact me as quickly as possible for resolution!
