ELOCUTIONARY CONTEST St. Joseph's College, Dubuque, Iowa Thursday, May 25, 1905 The program begins with Opening March --"The Cadets" played by the College Orchestra and is followed by "Lord William" by George Carroll. The Judges for this contest are the Very Rev. P. J. McGrath, Charles City; the Honorable William Mulvaney, Cherokee; and Professor Joseph J. Dreher, Principal Sacred Heart High School, City. There are no tears or marks on the program. The paper has turned a creamy color with darker areas where it was folded. It measures a little over 5 x 6.75 inches.
