Up for Auction is an original black and white photo/film negative measuring 4" wide x 3" high. Negative was scanned and digitally developed using negative scanner and reversed for viewing. Only this original photo/film negative is for sale, there is and has never been any photo published or printed before this time. This image was taken in 1919, within months after World War 1 ended and was taken by a Captain in the Red Cross for a special collection and has never before been sold or seen. Condition of negative is "Good", and is as scanned/shown with no alterations, other than being digitally enhanced, not altered, for viewing purposes. Date of photo is 1919. Location of photo Donchery, France on South side of Route National No. 64. Shown is a Cottage where Napoleon lll & Bismarck met to arrange capitulation of Sedan, a nearby town .
