Up for auction is a rare item - a school publication, the Holcomb Sentinel at Redford. Holcolm school in Redford ( an area now on the west side of Detroit). Softcover format measures 9" X 6" and contains 60 pages. On the back cover is an advertisement for Edgewater Park - a now-defunct amusement park on the banks of the Rouge River in Detroit. Anyone older than 40 who grew up in Detroit probably spent some fun hours at the old Edgewater Park. Many other vintage ads inside including Grinnell Bros. and a Hudson-Essex dealer. A great item for a fan of Detroit history.
