I think I have researched this piece more then any research project I had in my school days so I will give you all I know or what I have found put it that way. First this trophy is pewter and is about 4inches wide from outer side of each handle and about 4 1/2 inches tall. Engraved in the sided is PINKHAM TROPHY BEST N.Z.W. HAVERHILL 1935 Lets start with the obvious this trophy was won in 1935 in a city or town called Haverhill which is in Massachuetts and is North of Lowell a very historic town. N.Z.W. What I have come up with is this a breed of rabbit that is 100% American Breed despite its name. Because of there body type they became a favorite breed rabbit. These rabbits were first breed in 1916 mainly for the fur and meat. They also have a genetic deviation called Albinism. Pinkham well the best I could do on that is a local figure back in that time. I find the name Pinkham associated with alot of the area history when I looked. Well that is what I have is you know anything else about this piece please feel free to let me know Please let me know if you have any questions
