Nothing is new. Even if I bought it new, it is not new now. You are the second hand to own it. Everything is used. Do not expect it to be smoke-free, pet-free, dust-free, fragrance-free or acid-free (I have not studied up on what acids should or should not be in what items, nor am I willing to pay for lab work) So assume that anything that I sell is toxic and could kill ya. We do our best to accurately describe the items. "Rode hard and put up wet" "held together by it's signature strings" or "falling apart at the seams" is usually an indication that the item is a little rough. If you are unhappy we are willing to refund. I ship once a week. Sometimes I ship everyday. I try to work around special requests but my pyschic moments are fewer and further between. Email me with BIG SCREAMING CAPS (it will not offend me) so that I hear your special requests. I use USPS and get a receipt on everything, postcards included. This is proof of mailing and once I hand it to the postal clerk, "It is out of my hands". Insurance is available on almost everything but some lower cost overseas rates. We use USPS so let us know if you want insurance or just add it in on the invoice. It is interactive. I don't think a NASA engineer could wrap better than we do, so don't expect us to cut the shipping costs and send it in a Walmart bag. Not gonna happen. We quote flat rate domestic shipping rates and we post how we plan on shipping your item. Those are the terms of the sale. If you don't like the shipping rates, DO NOT BID! If there is an obvious mistake or typo, ie. $8.95 for a postcard, an inquery would be more than appropriate. We combine shipping whenever we can and when you request it.
