Published by Three Mountaineers of Asheville North Carolina in 1941, the 77 page book has an embossed wooden plank cover. The front cover has the burnt wood name of the book, as well as the image of 3 Bartenders cooking up a Mixed Drink in a huge kettle! The book includes sections on; Mixing Drinks; Highballs; Well Dressed Drinks; Drinks w/ Food ingredients; Not Mixed - Mixed Drinks; Cocktails; Party Mixes; & even a Chart for determining what type of glass to use with what drinks.
