This is a very rare bookmark from 1944. This particular bookmark/ruler was distributed by the Ca. Division of Forestry during WW-II. On the front it shows a man shouting and on the back it is a ruler with four rules to observe for preventing forest , woods and range fires. This item is in excellent condition.. Looks like new only 64 years old. These older rulers were all about 6 inches long by 2 1 /2inches wide.
