I just like to remember the past and get a kick out seeing where we are now, at the same time I do ponder where we could be in the next 20 years or so. I am now quite older and I know - I am not alone reflecting back on all the automobiles I have owned or spent a great deal of time wanting to own. I still recall the 2nd car I owned, it was a 1963 Corvette split window coupe that my uncle gave to me to repair. It needed a lot more work then I had money! It was a strange car with a 36 gallon gas tank taking up the rear window area, never seen a Vette with 16" wheels then either. I had it on jack stands in my backyard in E. Tennessee and one day a guy stopped by from Miami FL. and offered me $800.00 cash for it. I quickly took his offer as it needed engine, tranny, frame work etc, all the while thinking to myself when I get older and have more money I'll just buy me another one! HA!! Well to make an already long story shorter that same car today 1963 ZL-1 optioned Vette is well out of my pocket book range. Here is what I can do now, (I can relive it very nicely framed in an original ad form,  and that my friend even I can afford!! :) I  started making a list of all my former cars put them all in order, bought them all in ad form and I now still have a very satisfying  auto collection. (I enjoy reading in the bathroom,  they are great there too.!)  Its really fun to surprise that friend you've known for years with a framed out 1970 340 six pack CUDA AD just like the one he used to have in 1978.  Its a fun hobby now, who knows as I grow into my golden years I may still be helping others enjoy their own little dream. One things for sure "If they are original ads, they don't make them anymore, and are sure to only go up just like the real cars that we have all loved." Have Fun Collecting them! And thank you for your time if your still reading this.Take care now,Bryano Certain images/photos incorporated into this template are the royalty free property of JupiterImages.
