All original packing must be enclosed in the parcel when returning items, refunds will not include postage costs. refunds will only be given when we have recived the item and we are happy with the fault, refunds will not be given if we feel the the item has been intentionally broken by the buyer, items are all check carfully before writing a descirption and the descirptions is given to the best of our abbility and all photographs taken are of the item listed, we do not use "stock" photos like you see in other listings, what you see is what you get.
