This is a group of 3 most interesting fossil coprolites I collected on the surface in recent weeks at my favorite Triassic age collecting site! This group includes the best ones that were exposed by the recent heavy rains here in eastern New Mexico. What makes them so special? Each of these has an inclusion, or many inclusions, evidence of very ancient meals frozen in time!!! This is a museum quality group! The largest piece measures a bit over 1/2" (14mm) in length for size perspective. This group should be especially useful for comparative study or for a collection. They were found in upper Triassic deposits (Norian age), in the Bull Canyon Formation, in Quay County, New Mexico near Tucumcari. They are posted at a bargain value with no reserve! Good luck on this interesting group of specimens!!!
