They are a good deep golden colour. They have a mixture of translucent and opaque areas. These pieces are by themselves nice pieces of amber, but could also easily be used for lapidary or polishing. Insects could be in them, but this would only be known once they are polished. · The smallest piece approximately measures 59x57x16mm. Together they weigh 119.5gms. · This copal amber piece is not reconstituted, plastic, synthetic, melted or pressed. It is a genuine example of naturally formed copal amber.
