Description

RELISTED U. S. A. Shipping Only!!!!!!!!!!  No Exceptions!!!!!!!!!!  Do Not Bid If You Do Not Have a U. S. Address!!!!!!!!!! I have for bid 32 Aunt Martha Embroidery Transfer Packages and 15 Vogart Textile Prints.  The Aunt Martha's have been cut, some used and others just cut but do not look like they've been used.  It's sometimes hard to tell.  The Vogart Prints are mostly uncut.  These were a purchase from one of our local estate auctions.  Keep in mind when you bid I have no idea under what circumstances these were originally stored.  I personally don't smell anything on them but someone else may have a more accute sense of smell than I do.  I do not want to offend.  Email me with any questions. I accept Paypal (E check will have to clear) and Money Orders (U.S. Currency).  I do not accept Personal Checks as my small antiquated banking facility takes 15 to 20 days to clear a check.  I do not take cash.  Please contact me within 3 days of bid end to acknowlege receipt of my invoice and your choice of payment and payment is expected within 7 days of bid end.  Shipping & Handling is $7.50, which includes confirmation tracking.  With the confirmation tracking if your item is lost, contact me and I will forward your confirmation slip to you.  This confirmation doesn't necessarily insure that something can't get lost.  I recently bought an item from ebay and they tracked it as being delivered to me.  I however, did not receive it and still haven't.  The post office tells me that either the postman delivered to the wrong address (in which case it's too bad for me) or someone stole it from my porch.  I totally believe in having your items insured.  If you should choose to have it insured the cost will be $1.65 added to the shipping cost.  If you choose not to insure your item, the responsibility of replacement if it is damaged or lost is yours. Everything I list for sale on ebay is vintage, old and used.  I obtain my merchandise from estate sales.  I list it that way and my descriptions of it's condition is seeing it through my eyes.  My hope is that my buyers also see it the same way, but that isn't always the case.  Old silverplate will have scuffs, mars and some scratches from use, polishing and just setting in a chest.  It can't be any other way unless you're working with new old-stock and even then mars can be present.  Other items I sell can also have the scuffs & scars of use, and yes maybe odors that are offensive to some people.  I describe to the best of my ability and therefore I hesitate to receive returned items just because the buyer doesn't determine it's condition in the same way I do.  Some seem to expect perfection even though I indicate it isn't that way.  We ebay sellers are not a retail store that you can take an item back a few days after you think it over.  That's why it's important that if you aren't certain you want to take a chance on my estimation of the worth of an item I'm listing, you don't bid on it until you are.  I'd rather not sell an item as to have to deal with returns.  Recently this was the case with a $3.00 item.  Consequently my policy is that I do not accept returns unless I've missed heel loss on an item of silverplate or grossly missed something on other items.  Email me with any questions and I'll answer.   Recently I have had bidders that want shipping or charges to be changed after receiving their invoice.  These issues need to be addressed before a bid is submitted and I will consider a change or not.  After bidding is complete I stand by my listing.  As everyone is aware, postage costs have increased.  Almost doubled in some cases.  I put a flat charge on my items, as close as I can guestimate as possible.  Most of the time it's within .50 to 1.00.  Sometimes it cost more to mail it than I've charged, and too bad for me.  The bottom line is, if you are unhappy with the listed shipping charge, please don't bid on it.  I don't want unhappy buyers. Thank you for looking and if you get a chance take a peek at my other listings.
