Four Pastel Cotton Luncheon or Cocktail Napkins These are four cheery little cotton napkins perfect for a small luncheon group or a cocktail napkin. The are made from sturdy soft cotton with a fringed edge. The edge is stitched so they will not unravel anymore than what was designed. They measure 12" x 11" with the fringe.
