I am reducing prices prices on several beads from my collection. Many of these beads have sold at more than twice the buy it now price in auction format. This is a great opportunity to pick up some rare beads at great prices. Few words evoke a more romantic association with art the "Ming Dynasty". Art flourished and achieved new heights during that period, 1368-1644. The porcelain is legendary and has been associated with the wealthy, considered literally, a mark of prosperity and power. Other arts including glass, flourished in the same period. For auction is a Ming bead of deep red color and under 1/3" (7.7 mm) in diameter. This is from a quality piece of jewelry art and may have even adorned a woman at the Imperil Court. It may be as old as 600 years and has seen much use.
