6 MATCHING Art Nouveau Art Deco SCONCES with Matching Floral GLASS SHADES *36 Pictures* Click Images to Enlarge 6 Matching Art Nouveau - Art Deco Wall Sconces with Original Floral Slip Glass Shades. SEE PICS Colorful Curved Glass Slip In Shades are 7 & 1/4 inches in height. They are approximately 6 inches wide at the top and 2 & 3/4 inches wide at the bottom. SEE PICS Circa 1915-1930 sconces are 9 inches in height and are 5 & 3/4 inches wide at the top. SEE PICS Condition Notes: Excellent overall condition. Shades are in excellent original condition-no cracks-no chips-no repairs. Floral design glass insert type shades are transfer design and/or reverse painted. Four sconces have top shade holder brackets and two sconces do not-never did. Two sconces appear to have some non original gold paint on the inside and on the bottom curved pieces. Four top shade brackets and five curved pieces at the bottom which hold the shades in place are non magnetic and appear to be solid brass. One of the bottom curved pieces is metal and appears to be brass plated. The brass patina present on all sconces matches. The triangular shaped metal back plates are magnetic. Old sockets and cloth wiring are original. The front on/off turn switches click on/off and appear to be functional. All sconces need to be rewired before using.
