These Department 56 items are from a store that recently went out of buisness after almost 40 years. These items ALL leave my location in pristine condition. Insurance is optional and not required. However, I would recomend it. Many of these items I may only have 1 of and I cannot replace them for you. Some of the boxes MAY show some wear, however the items in the box are in great condition. I promise they will be in mint condition when they leave, however I cannot control what happens in transit to your location! Please buy insurance for your own peace of mind and protection.
