A Bavarian couple dancing in traditional dress adorn this platter. The colors are vivid and the detail is crisply drawn. On the back written in grease pencil is "Berchtes gaden June 1958". The manufacturer's mark reads Made in West Germany Dec 623 135 and a shield and writing around it that is hard to make out "WAECHTEASGA_ _ _" and the rest fades out. There are 2 holes drilled in the back for easy displaying. This platter measures:12" round by about 1 - 1 1/2" deep.
