This is one from my collection which I have had for years. It is an AMERICAN FOOTWARMER embossed with DORCHESTER POTTERY WKS. BOSTON. MASS. This stands 11-1/2" tall and still has the origional stopper. The condition is good with none of the usual cracks and it is very shiny. There is a chip under the lip which does not stand out when standing. These were used when there was no heat ni the house other than a fireplace. This is a great example and would look good in any home. Some people use these for door stops and some for re-enactment. If you collect unusual thing then this would make a great addition. The shipping weight will be 5-6 pounds and thanks for looking.
