Up for bid we have an antique African American Man bank. Bank is made of glass and has a metal screw on cap(that I cannot remove, so didn't!). On the bottom of the bank : DESIGN PATENT N 112688 7. Bank has been painted a light brown/ khaki color and some of the paint is chipping off. The features of his face are made into the glass....NOT painted.
