ANTIQUE VICTORIAN MOTHER OF PEARL RIBBON LACE TREADER ANTIQUE VICTORIAN MOTHER OF PEARL RIBBON LACE TREADER DESCRIPTION Antique Victorian steel ribbon or lace treader, mounted with a simple carved mother of pearl handle. AGE The treader would have probably been part of a late Victorian sewing/needlework box or set, circa 1880. SIZE The treader measures 12.2cm (4¾") long, and 1.5cm (½ inch) wide. CONDITION The mother of pearl handle is in excellent condition with no cracks or damage. The steel section is in a good and complete condition although there are areas of rust/pitting marks. Please refer to the above photographs for details of condition. PLEASE NOTE - This item will be sent from England, and postage and packing costs quoted do not include customs or local taxes that may be incurred, and these are considered as the buyers responsibility.
