You are bidding on a pretty art nouveau nail file. Silverplate, although I cannot find any mfg. or other markings on it. It is hollow. Same design of woman in flowing dress on each side. Lots of ornate flower work underneat the woman. I polished her up, as it was black with tarnish. Cleaned up nicely, but could use another polish and buffing. On the sides there is plate wear, one side more than the other. The file part is clean but darker and could use a cleaning/polishing as well. Still a really pretty vanity item.
