I don't know much about this so please look at the pictures, the little bag is just laying there empty, so the 2 pieces in the picture and the Original box is what you get....It is a nice old box where you could buy this and send it to someone by writing right on the box and says from MONTGOMERY WARD right on the box as well as all instructions with picture of machine on front...and further instruction on back of box!!!Mentions burlap, tacking, and stretching of rug on back,so I thought might have something to do with rugs?The box is not perfect- has been taped on one end and flap missing in other end (see pictures) But all in all a Beautiful Old Tool and Box for it's age!!!Also says article No 17-1915 on End of Box!!!Any questions at all Please Write!!!
