very nice pre Civil War American made Bowie knife 6" blade, over all length 10" heavy cast silver grip with floral design, silver crossguard blade darkened with light pitting, barely noticably.... scabbard newer than knife but excellent condition, great piece of American history blade marked U*S Edward Barnes and Sons
