marciasite Store Antique Flue Cover W/ Unusual Print Fairy Tale Scene This 7 3/4" diameter antique flue cover has a bright red and gold outside rim with an interesting print which is probably fairy tale related. It depicts a king sitting on his throne with a young woman, probably his daughter, the princess, standing at his side. They are both looking at a cat with a rabbit on the floor in front of them. The cat may be holding the rabbit by the ears. Both the king and princess are enjoying the spectacle. The flue cover is in nice condition with no cracks or chips in the glass and the print is free from stains, soiling or other damage. The paint on the glass on this cover is actually on the outside of the glass which is unusual. Thanks for looking.
