Up for your consideration is an ANTIQUE WOODEN NEEDLE CASE from GERMANY, It has black lettering stating the following on on side.. Piccadilly Patented Registered Trade Mark with an ARROW GRAPHIC NEEDLE CASE Imported. The last line, I am unable to make out. On the other side, it reads the following-Contents 50 assorted Needles Gold and Silver Eyes Turn the stroke on the required number and shake out the needle Germany. It held needle sizes 4-8. It still retains about ten or so needles. There is a hole at the top where the needle slides out. This needle case stands firmly at about 2 9/16" high and the base is 1 1/4" wide.
