This item is a high-quality forged cutoff hardy with a 3/4" shank. I bought it new about nine months ago for my bladesmithing business, but I have purchased a different anvil so I'm switching out my tooling. It retails for $50 on blacksmithing supply sites. The shank was originally a 7/8" one, but I reshaped it to fit my small Mousehole anvil. Winner pays for shipping via US Priority Mail.
