On the front, in full color is a mother and child planting in a summer garden. The back of this fan reads "J.V. LEWIS CO. Manufacturers of Fine Ice Creams and Punches, PHONE HE1-3860, 7506 Central Ave., Cleveland, Ohio". This fan was made by the Liberty Advertising Co of Swarthmore, PA. The colors are in excellent condition. There is one small crease on one of the corners, but no tears, writing or stains. There is a thumb hole at the bottom and a piece of reinforced cardboard near the thumb hole. It measures 10 1/2" across x 9 1/2" down.
