You are bidding on a “proper†English pub towel, FLOWERS FLOWER & ARMS FINE ALE If you are not familiar with United Kingdom Pub customs, when a draft pint of ale or lager is poured, the beer is allowed to rollover the top of the glass to create a nice head. The pint is them placed on the towel to absorb the beer before the customer takes their drink. These towels are provided to the pubs by the various breweries as a service and form of advertising. This towel measures 9x19, it would make a great addition to a true Anglophile’s collection, in your home pub, use as a car/golf towel or give it to a buddy who likes Flowers and beer!
