For sale: a Better Homes & Gardens Christmas edition featuring needlepoint ideas and more! Exterior has some issues (wear patch next to kid, "101" pencilled in but aside from a top corner crease interior is in very nice condition. Andy Griffith can be seen beaming from a TV and the 1960s colors are still quite vibrant. This magazine was owned by Artemis Richardson, the last remaining partner of the Olmsted Law Firm, and has been kept in storage for most of its many years of existence, so it has some slight mustiness to it. Priced to sell with a starting bid of just 99 cents. Art was the last remaining partner of the renowned Frederick Law Olmsted Landscape Firm and Frederica was an early IBM Systems Service Woman (prior to 1943!) and WWII commercial pilot, having trained as a member of the illustrious WASPs. In later life, having obtained her master's in home economics, Frederica went on to teach home economics, politics, and psychology. Hence, the varied and/or esoteric nature of the collection.
