This topper is a crowning ornament only, designed to thread to the top of your handle, which has an existing crown threads ,standard threads etc. This topper is not designed to thread on to the faucet. It is ONLY a crowning ornament designed to thread on to a handle with an existing ornament attached or available threads. (Example is a handle with a brass or chrome knob, crown, etc. Simply unscrew attached crown and thread your new crown on to handle). This topper looks Awesome on the handle.
