Boy Scouts card,New York World's Fair Camp, 1940 3 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches, this card is "World's Fair of 1940 Boy Scout Service camp, certificate of identification." card is for Bob Keith, Riverside, Conn. for 9/30/40 to 10/7/40. card says he is an accredited member of the World's Fair 1940 in New York, Boy Scout Service Camp. I didn't even know they had something like that there - cool. some dirty or stain marks on top and across the word Riverside, good condition.
