No international bids, please. Here we are offering a cigarette roller in its original box. It is called a Bugler Thrift Kit and was offered for 25 cents. It originally came with two packs of Bugler Cigarette Tobacco and one rolling machine. All we have is the rolling machine and the box that it was in. This kit was put out by Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. in Louisville, KY. USA. It also states that this kit was Union Made. This is a unique item and one that you won't see everyday. This would be a neat addition to someone's collection.
