Illus. article on the London Cab Strike. July 1853. 3. The Peace Illuminations. Full page illus. of a London street with jostling crowds and cab crowded with passengers. May 1856. 4. 'Old Chums'. by Theodore Cook. Painting reproduced in I.L.N. showing London hansom cab. Nov.1890. 5. Advertisement for Maythorn and Son, Builders of Carriages. Biggleswade. Photos of 8 different horse drawn vechicles on half page of I.L.N. May 1897. 6. Photo of The Horse Sun-Bonnet with adverts on side for Birds Custard, part of one page of adverts. Aug.1899. Good condition - ideal for mounting and framing. These illustrations are taken from original issues of the Illustrated London News - they are not photocopies or reprints.
