Smiley52 store CHINESE CLOISONNE DESK SET c. 1920-1940 Chinese cloisonne four compart desk set , c. 1920-1940. It is a rectangular form supported on four round brass feet, the flat top fitted with an oil lamp (no lid), two long rectangular lidded compartments with Imperial guardian lions, also called Foo Dog and one open compartment for three small plates. The decoration throughout consists of amazingly tiny cloisonne circles and the interior and base is undecorated dark red enamel. Dimensions are 5 1/2" x 11" x 6 1/4". Please email any questions.
