Most orders require custom made boxes that are specifically designed to accommodate the unusually sized/shaped items we sell. Most items are packaged with styrofoam inserts that we have custom made, and wooden inserts are also sometimes used for added protection. Most items are double-boxed. Many items are triple-boxed. We invest a great deal in time & materials to ensure you receive your order intact. For privacy, boxes are not marked with information about the contents. Delivery Time: 99% of orders ship within 2 business days after payment is received. Customers normally receive orders 1-7 business days after payment. Combined Shipping: We gladly combine orders & reduce s/h charges. Up to $6 is deducted from the s/h for each replica arms item after the first. We must receive a single payment to reduce s/h charges. Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for orders that ship via UPS. Delivery confirmation will be used for USPS orders when possible.
