Welcome to SandV_Collectibles! Book specific information: 9.8 - White pages. Why this book is CGC worthy: This one shot features a popular X-Men character. Hitch art. Published at a low ebb in the industry. General information - please read at least once (same for every CGC auction): We provide giant scans so that you can see exactly what you are buying. Holders are examined for scratches and cracks. Some holders come back from CGC with some blemishes, and CGC will not replace these for free. Our scanner is a good one, so any blemishes you see that don’t look like dust are on the holder unless noted. In some cases we will use a single scan of modern 9.6 and 9.8 books to represent multiple copies. So if you win a modern 9.6 or 9.8 you may see us listing "the same book" before you receive yours - it's just the same image, we have another copy in the same grade. 9.4s and lower generally have discernible defects, so are always scanned individually, front and back. CGC certification is the future of the hobby for people interested in assembling serious collections. Comics are finally following coins, sportscards, stamps, and other collectibles, assuring buyers that they are getting full value for their money when they buy collectible comics. We've submitted thousands of books to CGC, they are as consistent as can be expected by any enterprise staffed by humans. We've also tested their consistency by submitting the same books a number of times. And they are blind and unbiased; graders have no idea whose books they are examining. S and V only certifies books that we believe will be in demand for years to come. Buy from us with some confidence; we purposely limit ourselves to dealing in a narrow range of books. We want you to be glad about every purchase you've made from us, years from now, as you peruse your collection. QUESTIONS: We're glad to answer any questions, but we provide complete shipping details below, please read them before inquiring about shipping. IF YOU WIN: Paypal is preferred, but we are glad to accept money orders or checks (10 days to clear). Please pay within 5 days of auction close. PLEASE GO THROUGH EBAY's normal checkout. If you win multiple items, ebay should allow you to combine them into one order. If you have problems at checkout or cannot enter the correct shipping total, let us know and we will send you an invoice. As a rule we will check for any uncombined items within a day or two after auctions close and combine them ourselves, emailing you an invoice at the same time. We prefer to send books via UPS, delivery is automatically confirmed and automatically insured. UPS Shipping is $8 for the first item, and $2 for each additional item. UPS delivers to street addresses only. Please don’t select UPS and provide us with a PO Box address, we'll contact you and ask for a further payment of $4, the extra $3 to ship by priority mail, and $1 to cover payal fees on the $3 payment. US Postal Service shipping is by priority mail, and is $10, which includes insurance. Add $2 for each additional item. In both cases, for repeat customers the additional charge per items is $1, not $2. International shipping is calculated, just enter your location info at the auction, all weigh the same so you only need to check once. Add $2 for each additional item to the base quote you get for one item. SAVE ON SHIPPING: If you are a repeat domestic CGC customer, you pay just $1 for each additional book for shipping. It's up to you to enter the adjusted shipping amount when you check out, but we will always try to check this ourselves to protect you from paying too much. If you'd prefer to have us email you an invoice, please send us a request through ebay's "request an invoice" function at the top of one of your winning auctions, and include a note that you are a repeat customer. SAVE MORE ON SHIPPING: We are glad to accumulate your auction wins for as long as you like, weeks or even months. This can save you a considerable amount: Domestic repeat customer: Wins 15 auctions over the course of a month, in 4 lots. Normally they'd pay $43 for UPS shipping - 4 shipments at $8 and 11 additional books at $1. If they instead have us hold the same books and ship once, they'd pay $22 for shipping - one $8 charge and 14 additional books at $1. The customer saves nearly half, and their average cost per book for shipping drops from $2.87 per book to $1.46 per book. The % savings is even more dramatic with fewer books: 8 books shipped in 4 lots would normally be $36, in one lot they'd be $15. International customer: Customer in France wins the same auctions. Normally they'd pay $126 for shipping: $26 for four shipments and $22 for 11 additional books. If we instead make one shipment, they'd pay $54, saving $72. Their average cost for shipping per books drops from $8.40 per book to $3.20 per book. With 8 books in 4 shipments they'd pay $112, the same 8 books in one shipment would cost them $40. If you want to take advantage of our hold and ship service, you can let us know by email to start holding your auction wins, or when you checkout, change the shipping total to $0 or apply an offsetting credit, and include a note to hold the books until you instruct us to ship. When you are ready to ship, don't pay for your final auction wins, instead, send us a request for an invoice and note that we are holding other books for you and that you are ready to ship. We will send you the appropriate total for your final win(s) and your shipping total. If you have questions please contact us through ebay email. If you have any problems with an order you can reach us by phone at 602-803-8068. Thanks for looking. Powered by eBay Turbo Lister Powered by eBay Turbo ListerThe free listing tool.
