I bought them in Wisconsin and they have been enjoyed for twenty years..I believe they were made in the early 1900¹s. It is 12 inches tall. On the bottom is the winding key and the sticker of Fine Imports, Oscar Heiss Co. Then : Made in West Germany. There is a lever with the words near it: Continuous, intermission and stop.
