Congressional Imprint dated March 2, 1877, a message from President U. S. Grant, forwarding to the Congress a 160 page report by Secretary of State Hamilton Fish on the status of the Samoan Islands. The publication is entirely original with the exception of a modern blue paper binding. Excellent condition. Approximately 6" x 9" in size, and nearly 1/2" thick.
