ITEM:A vintage Copley's "Handee" bakelite rug tool comprising a handle, a razor blade in a protective mount and two metal tools.One side of the head is inscribed with: PAT NO. 449972. Copley's "HANDEE" RUG TOOL.The other side is inscribed with: FOREIGN PATENTS PENDING D.R.P. MADE IN ENGLAND.I would imagine that this little item dates back to the 1940s.DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:18.5 cms. long x 4.5 cms. wide x 1.5 cms. thick.88 grams.CONDITION:Excellent for a piece of vintage, useable equipment. Complete and with no apparent major damage.
