We hope you'll like this wonderful example of this deeply colored, early medicine. It is 7 1/2" tall, with recessed panels around, with three embossed: SWAIM'S - PANACEA - PHILADA. There is also one smooth panel for a label space. The bottle is smooth base - or rather it is quite roughly textured but is shiney and not really evidence of a pontil, although you be the judge; it is certainly identical in form and color to pontiled examples I have seen! It is a superb example, listed as about perfect for one, faint, 1/2" area where a few light scratches appear - I have shown a close-up of that area in perspective so you can see where it is (on the shoulder above the "A" in PANACEA) and that it really does not show.
