A lovely old propelling pencil and dip pen holder combination. I believe that the case is nickel plated. There is some rubbing on the high points of the design. It has a push band to extend and retract the lead holder and another to extend and retract the dip pen nib holder. The lead holder and nib holder extend from opposite ends. The lead holder has a twist action to extend and retract the lead. It is in working order. Length, with the pencil extended about 112mm, closed about 90mm.
