Up for auction is this nice early North American point or blade. It measures about 3-1/8 x 1-3/8 inches. It is a gray color, with a slight hint of caramel in the center of one side of the blade. There are small black spots on the outside edges of the blade. There is a fine broken line of what looks lie rust in a couple of places on the one side of the blade, and one small black spot has sparkles in it. The rust color shows much more in my pic than it really does on the blade. There is a pic of each side of the blade. This blade is in very nice condition; this blade is in as found condition, we have not attempted to clean it. We purchased a number of blades and arrows a few years ago from the estate of an elderly woman in Southern WI.; and this is one of the items. The tip of the blade is not real pointed, but according to the patina; this may be the way it has always been. Now is the time to buy this great piece of history, and add it to your collection. This blade would also make a great Christmas gift for that special someone on your shopping list. The well wrapped, estimated weight of shipping is 6 ounces; Delivery Confirmation is included.
