Clement Clarence Williams (1881-1947, Educator, Head of the University of Kansas Civil Engineering Dept. 1919, Dean of The State of Iowa College of Engineering, 1935 President of Lehigh University) 8.5 x 11 letter dated Oct. 7, 1929 on The State University of Iowa stationary, hand signed in black ink. There are creases where item was folded, around edges, some tearing, and pieces missing from the edges. The front part of the envelope is attached on bottom part of letter. The whol thing was attached to a larger paper which has been mostly torn off. Item is discolored and worn from age. Buyer pays $3.50 for first class or $6.00 for priority shipping which includes delivery confirmation. Out of the USA shipping will also be $6.00. If you win more than one item, there is no additional shipping charges. I accept cashiers checks, money orders, and Paypal.
