bomazeen Store Ephemera. Musical.Better Times.NY Hippodrome.1922-1923 This is a 16 page brochure announcing the 1922-1923 musical production to be staged at the New York Hippodrome. The musical's name was "Better Times".This was the eighth production of Charles Dillingham. The musical spectacular was conceived and staged by R.H. Burnside with music by Raymond Hubbell. The production had three acts and within those segments were a total of sixteen scenes which were called episodes.The brochure features a picture of The Hippodrome on the front and within the pages are pictures of the many actors as well as great advertisements of the period. The back page has a diagram of the seating arrangement of the Hippodrome. The brochure is in fair to good condition with the front and back pages and the center folder being loose. The buyer pays $2.00 for first class mail shipping and handling.
