This is used but there is nothing wrong with it. It has only sat on a shelf and been packed away for years. It is a decorative bell from Bareuther Waldsassen, Bavaria Germany by the Danbury Mint. The bottom edge of the bell has what I call a scale design in green, tan and black. Then there is a floral design on opposite sides of the bell in colors of purple, blue, yellow, red pink and green. The handle of the bell is in the shape of a rose and there is a gold ring at the base of the handle. I am not sure what this is made of. The clacker is a white ball on the end of a goldtone chain. It is 4-1/2" tall and 3" diameter. I will accept money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks but the package will not ship until payment clears my bank. I also accept paypal. I will ship worldwide however the buyer is responsible for shipping and all charges incurred with international shipping. Packages shipped First Class International must be mailed from the post office which may cause a delay in shipping of a couple of days. I will combine shipping.
