Image titled "Perfect Form" and has a girl trying to learn ballet. Bottom section folds down to a calendar and also an advertisement for Porter Forge Furnace Company in Somerville, Mass. Also on the back of the calendar is a puzzle page. Each section measures 4 1/2 x 6 inches. Picture is 1 section, calendar is another section. So open measures 6 x 9. In great, near mint condition. Shipping Domestic: $3.00 ( international orders add 1.50) and I will combine shipping on multiple auctions. Items are sent first class airmail every Monday morning.
