SIZE: just over 1" by 1.5" Up for Auction is a Ford Motor Company Employee badge. I would guess it is from the Rouge plant. It has a Plant, plane, boat and the Ford logo. The badge is in EXCELLANT USED condition with very minor scratches. The pin with safety catch is intact on the back of the badge. No hallmark is seen. PLEASE ask questions early!!!
