The spring part of it does work and you could probably still use it for weighing something if you wanted to.The scale is actually made of metal with a 1-5/8" wide x 6-1/2" tall brass face attached. The brass face is in real good condition; just dark with age. You could probably use some brass cleaner on it if you so desired. Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail at a cost of $5.45 in the USA. I am willing to ship this item internationally with the understanding that the cost of the shipping will be added on at the end of the auction according to what it will actually cost to send this to you. :: Payment TermsI accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks.
